This system is designed for transverse femoral fixation of soft tissue grafts in ACL reconstruction, allowing for the increased pull out strength. The Pinn-ACL® CrossPin System consists of a bioabsorbable Graft Harness implant and CrossPin implant. The Graft Harness is composed of Poly L-Lactic Acid with a high strength polyethylene fiber loop, while the crosspin implant is composed of Self-Reinforced PLLA.
